Visited 1st Coffee, a newer brand that’s already popping up all over India, and was pleasantly surprised. Their coffee — sourced from Kerala — has a rich, clean flavor that really stands out from the usual options. On the barista Manish’s recommendation, I tried the roasted chicken sandwich, and it turned out to be spot-on: fresh, well-balanced, and genuinely tasty. Manish himself was super knowledgeable and offered great service without being pushy — you can tell he really knows his coffee and cares about what he serves. Overall, a solid experience.
